How does it work?

Within about 7 days after receiving documents we contact selected candidates

We arrange a meeting or a phone call (depending on a place of residence)

a) during the meeting / conversation, we both discuss your experience and present our offer.

b) your skills and knowledge may be verified (e.g. welding samples, knowledge tests, conversation in English).

We inform about our decision on the scheduled date

If we cannot offer you a job this time, we decide together whether you want to be taken into account during the next recruitment processes.
